Privacy Policy

Video Router Bot is a private, owner-operated media publishing utility. This policy explains the limited data the service processes and how that data is used.

1. Scope

Video Router Bot is not offered for public registration or general consumer use. It is operated for the account owner and people the owner explicitly authorizes, if any.

2. Information processed

The service may process:

  • Google OAuth credentials and authorization information needed to access the YouTube upload function.
  • YouTube channel identifiers and upload responses associated with configured destinations.
  • Media files, source URLs, titles, descriptions, and other upload metadata submitted by the operator.
  • Telegram user and chat identifiers used to enforce the operator allow list.
  • Operational records such as job status, error messages, timestamps, and destination results.

3. How information is used

Information is used only to:

  • Authenticate the authorized operator and configured social destinations.
  • Prepare media and perform uploads requested by the operator.
  • Display status, retry failed jobs, and prevent unintended duplicate uploads.
  • Maintain security, diagnose errors, and operate the service.

4. Google user data

Google authorization is used only to upload videos to YouTube channels the operator explicitly connects. Video Router Bot does not use Google user data for advertising, profiling, or training generalized machine-learning models.

Video Router Bot's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

5. Sharing and disclosure

Personal information is not sold or rented. Data is transmitted to service providers only as needed to complete the requested workflow, including Google/YouTube, Telegram, configured social platforms, hosting infrastructure, and media source hosts. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or necessary to protect the service from abuse.

6. Storage and retention

OAuth credentials and configuration are retained while a destination remains connected. Media working files are retained temporarily to support processing, retry, and forwarding, then removed according to the operator's configured retention period. Operational records may be retained longer for reliability and troubleshooting.

7. Security

Reasonable technical measures are used to limit access, including an operator allow list, private credential storage, and restricted administration. No method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.

8. Control and deletion

The operator can revoke Google access at any time from the Google Account permissions page. The operator may also disconnect a destination and delete its stored credential, retained media, and operational data from the service.

9. Changes

This policy may be updated when the service or its data practices change. The effective date at the top of this page will be revised when material changes are made.
